Foothill is a $1,500 workflow diagnostic. It delivers an analyst-signed Trail Map and walkthrough. The Trail Map is a complete deliverable even if you never expand scope. When the evidence shows a wider engagement is warranted, the $1,500 credits toward Ridge, Summit or Expedition if you choose to proceed.

What is the Trail Map?

The Trail Map: an evidence-backed report with terrain, leakage, quality, first move, and recommended tier.

What if scope is bigger?

Your $1,500 credits toward Ridge, Summit, or Expedition — or you can stay contained at Foothill.

Is platform included in Foothill?

Foothill is the diagnostic. Ongoing platform / Monitor access is a separate continuity plan when available.

Do you publish outcome-based pricing?

Not as a standard offer. Selected engagements may pilot a capped success component after baseline and measurement are agreed.

Is this an audit?

We use “audit” where buyers search for it. The product is an evidence-backed assessment and roadmap, not a financial or compliance audit.

Is there a guarantee?

If ProcessScout cannot identify at least three evidence-backed opportunities from the evidence supplied through a good-faith Foothill intake, the Foothill fee is refunded under the Terms.
