By using ProcessScout (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service includes our self-serve engine, analyst-led assessments, and expert marketplace.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of data you upload or capture. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service. We do not sell your raw process data.
When you hire experts through the marketplace, you enter a direct agreement with that expert. ProcessScout provides the platform and escrow but is not a party to the underlying engagement.
$1,000 Assessments are delivered within 7 business days of receiving complete materials. Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe (subject to our reasonable discretion).
