ProcessScout is a product operated by Upraxis Americas Inc, a Wyoming corporation ("ProcessScout," "we," "us," or "our"). By using ProcessScout (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service includes our self-serve engine, analyst-led assessments, and expert marketplace.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of data you upload or capture. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service. We do not sell your raw process data.
When you hire experts through the marketplace, you enter a direct agreement with that expert. ProcessScout may provide platform tooling and, on selected engagements only, milestone funding / escrow-style payment protection (limited availability). ProcessScout is not a party to the underlying engagement and does not guarantee marketplace fill or escrow on every package.
Foothill starts with a paid Trail Map after evidence intake. If ProcessScout cannot identify at least three evidence-backed opportunities from the evidence supplied through a good-faith Foothill intake, the Foothill fee is refunded under the Terms.
ProcessScout is operated by Upraxis Americas Inc, a Wyoming statutory close corporation (Wyoming Filing ID 2022-001112471), with a registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
