ProcessScout is operated by Upraxis Americas Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This notice explains how we use information from this website, our conversations with you and the ProcessScout service.

When you visit this website

We use first-party analytics through Revvalo to see which pages are visited and to prioritise follow-up with people and companies who have been in touch or shown interest. Analytics may store a visitor and session identifier in your browser. We link a visit to your email only after a successful form submission, when analytics is allowed.

For UK and EU visitors, and when location is uncertain, analytics stays off until you choose “Accept analytics”. You can reject it just as easily. For US visitors, analytics may be on unless you opt out. Choose “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your preference at any time. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC): when your browser sends this signal, analytics stays off even if you previously accepted it.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. We do not use third-party visitor identification, reverse-IP identification or person-level de-anonymisation tools on this site. We do not record your website session or put tracking pixels in emails sent from the site.

When you contact us or open chat

We collect the details you choose to submit, including your name, work email, company, role, enquiry and message. Form submissions and chat transcripts are stored in Revvalo, our CRM, so we can respond to you. Chat connects only when you click “Chat with us”; it may use browser storage to keep the conversation working. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in an enquiry.

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. We use your enquiry to answer questions, arrange a demo, discuss pricing or assess the fit of a proposed engagement. We also keep essential records to protect the service and handle your request reliably.

Your choices and rights

For UK and EU visitors, the lawful basis for optional analytics is consent. You can withdraw it through “Privacy choices”. We rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and carry out relevant B2B follow-up. You have the right to object to that follow-up at any time.

To request access to your personal information, ask for correction or deletion, or object to follow-up, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also contact your relevant data protection authority about a concern.

Information in the ProcessScout service

When you register for or use ProcessScout, we collect account details and process the documents, recordings, workflow evidence and other material you choose to provide. We use this information to deliver the agreed assessments, software and services. We do not sell your raw process data.

Access, retention and deletion arrangements depend on the service and agreement. We keep information only for as long as needed to respond, deliver the service and meet applicable security or legal requirements.
