Before work changes hands.
Introduce a readiness check, name the delivery owner and return incomplete briefs before scheduling.
ProcessScout Edge · Guided business assessment
Edge pairs Sarah, your AI assessment guide, with a senior process analyst. Bring one troublesome workflow. Leave with three evidence-backed opportunities and a practical plan to move forward.
Review your brief and terms before paying.
Unclear ownership may be creating the queue.
Different teams may be maintaining the same information.
Incomplete handoffs may be sending work back upstream.
What your $1,500 delivers
Your Trail Map turns the investigation into decisions, priorities and work your team can take forward.
A concise view of cash, capacity, friction, risk and readiness, grounded in the evidence reviewed.
The people, systems, decisions, handoffs, delays and rework behind the chosen process.
The problem, evidence, value range, effort, confidence, dependencies and measurement method for each opportunity.
The starting measure, target, source, period, owner and review date needed to judge a future result.
What to do first, what to defer, who needs to act, indicative cost and when a change could be measured.
A supported SOP, control checklist, requirements specification or automation blueprint. A blueprint is a design; production implementation is a separate engagement.
A clear choice between acting with your team, using an advisor or scoping implementation help, with the next decision made explicit.

Fictional example. Recommendations depend on your evidence.
AI investigation. Human accountability.
Sarah keeps the investigation moving. Your analyst checks the reasoning and owns the final recommendation.
Explain the delays, repeated work or handoff that is getting in the way. Sarah helps shape the question and identify the evidence worth gathering.
Your brief, in your wordsConnect relevant sources, share examples and record a work cycle. Sarah follows up on gaps and working theories; your analyst challenges the findings.

A reviewed plan + 30 / 90-day check-insA named senior process analyst checks evidence sufficiency, assumptions, priorities and measurement design. The Trail Map requires human review and sign-off before delivery. David Bell leads the review approach. The analyst assigned to your assessment owns its recommendations and sign-off.
The Edge assessment
For US companies of any size, using any business systems. Start with one legal entity, one business unit and one critical workflow family.
You know the work needs to improve. You need to know what to change—and whether automation is the right answer.
51-second overview
A presenter introduces ProcessScout’s assessment approach and a step-by-step roadmap for improving business processes.
Clear expectations
You enter the assessment application to describe your business and workflow. Review your brief, the agreed scope and the assessment terms before the one-off payment. Sarah then helps guide the evidence gathering and investigation.
No. Bring the business problem. The right first move may be a clearer handoff, a different rule, an SOP or better ownership. Automation is considered where the evidence supports it.
Five business days after your evidence checklist is complete. Payment alone does not start the clock: sources, a qualifying recording, a processed document, the interview and answers to blocking questions need to be complete. CSV-only financial evidence requires preapproval and an agreed delivery date outside the standard five-day offer.
Yes. Use the Trail Map and starter asset with your own team or advisor. Implementation is optional and separately scoped. Custom integration, production deployment, system changes, continuous monitoring and ongoing software subscription access are separate purchases. The assessment does not provide statutory audit, legal, tax or compliance assurance.
The full $1,500 fee can be credited toward a ProcessScout-delivered implementation of $7,500 or more signed within 30 days of Trail Map delivery. This engagement is called Ridge in the assessment terms. Unused credit expires; the credit cannot be transferred to fees charged by your own implementation partner.
If ProcessScout cannot identify at least three evidence-backed opportunities from a good-faith intake, the assessment fee is refunded under the assessment terms. This is a deliverable guarantee, not a promise of realized savings. The assessment terms also provide for a refund request if the standard delivery window is missed, and a review or refund request within 14 days of full Trail Map access if the report misses your brief. Requests are reviewed by a person.
Yes, discuss the scope first. Multiple entities, business units or workflow families need a separate agreement. The standard assessment is available to US companies of any size using any business systems.
