Your assessment at a glance
Edge fits US companies of any size that have a recurring workflow where delays, rework, ownership or exceptions affect the business, and a process owner who can take part. It works with any business systems.
The full $1,500 fee can be credited toward a ProcessScout-delivered implementation of $7,500 or more signed within 30 days of Trail Map delivery. This engagement is called Ridge in the assessment terms. Unused credit expires; the credit cannot be transferred to fees charged by your own implementation partner.
Optional delivery support
Software plans cover the workspace. Implementation and ongoing managed service are quoted separately against a defined blueprint, with delivery and support responsibilities agreed before work starts.
ProcessScout Operating System is a delivery service for an agreed plan. It is not required to use the platform or buy an Edge assessment.
Choose Starter for a small internal team. Choose Professional when you need client portals, custom branding and capacity for more engagements. Discuss Enterprise for requirements beyond those plans. Choose the separate Edge assessment when you want expert help investigating one workflow.
14-day trial. $1 card verification, credited to your first invoice. Your selected plan starts after the trial unless you cancel. Choose Starter or Professional and review the price and billing interval in the application before you pay. A website billing toggle does not preselect your checkout plan.
Professional adds client portals, custom branding, advanced analytics and priority support, with 50 team members, unlimited projects and recordings, 500 AI analyses per month and 250 GB storage. Starter is suited to a smaller internal team working without a client portal.
The annual option shows the monthly equivalent for comparison, with the full yearly payment directly underneath. Annual subscriptions are billed for the year. Savings compare that annual total with twelve payments at the monthly price.
The comparison shows the current plan limits. During the walkthrough, confirm the specific capabilities, advanced tools, connections and permissions your work needs. Outcome tracking is a pilot capability with its measurement and support scope agreed separately.

Edge includes the workspace used to deliver your assessment. Ongoing software subscription access is a separate purchase.
The software gives your team tools to investigate, design and prepare workflows. A ProcessScout-delivered implementation, production release or managed monitoring service needs a separate agreement.
Identify the specific system, operation and permissions during the walkthrough. Custom integration, implementation services and unsupported mappings require their own scope.
If ProcessScout cannot identify at least three evidence-backed opportunities from a good-faith intake, the assessment fee is refunded under the assessment terms. This is a deliverable guarantee, not a promise of realized savings.
