After discovery & design · Optional delivery support
Put the agreed plan
into practice.
Once you know what needs to change, scope the applications, connected workflows and support that will make it work. ProcessScout Operating System is our optional implementation and managed delivery service.

Built for the way your business works
Start with working software. Make it work your way.
We combine selected applications with your business rules, roles and processes. Start with the part of the business that needs fixing, keep the systems that already work, and expand from there.

Tailored, layer by layer
Your roles. Your rules. Your workflows.
Tailor forms, approval routes, dashboards and permitted integrations without rebuilding every application from scratch. Larger changes are tested and scoped separately.
Start with configuration. Add supported workflows. Scope extensions where the application and license permit.
01
A selected application
The version, license and support foundation.
02
A useful starting template
Shared process patterns and acceptance tests.
03
Your business configuration
Your fields, roles, thresholds and mappings.
04
Reviewed extensions
Permitted changes, tested and scoped separately.
A practical path to a pilot
A clear route from blueprint to working pilot.
Agree the application set, data, access and acceptance tests. Then configure, connect and prove the workflow before extending it across the business.
01
Blueprint
Agree the process, application set, responsibilities and tests.
02
Configure
Apply your fields, roles, rules and approved template.
03
Connect
Confirm supported integrations, mappings and permissions.
04
Prove
Test the work, access boundaries, exceptions and recovery.
05
Pilot
Named users complete the agreed scenario before expansion.
Timing, migration limits and specialist requirements are confirmed in your blueprint.
A managed improvement cycle
Improve the system as the work changes.
Use agreed process and product-usage measures to find friction. Review the proposed change, test it, approve the release and compare the result. Your team stays in control.
Measure task completion, exceptions and adoption within agreed permissions. No hidden employee monitoring and no customer data shared across tenants by default.
Applications may be ProcessScout-owned, commercially licensed or open source. Each blueprint identifies the foundation, permitted customization, support owner and relevant third-party terms.
ProcessScout-owned
Identify the supported build, dependencies and maintenance owner.
Commercially licensed
Confirm hosting, customer use, permitted changes and third-party terms.
Open source
Record the exact license, version, obligations and support responsibility.
Foundations for the six preview categories are still to be confirmed. Your blueprint names the actual product, rights and owner.
A clear commercial scope
Scope once. Know what you are buying.
Your proposal separates setup, recurring service, third-party licenses, usage and further change. The assessment and the Operating System are separate purchases unless your agreement says otherwise.
Configuration, connections, migration limits and acceptance.
Recurring service
Agreed hosting, support, lifecycle management and review.
Third-party & usage
Licenses, seats and any applicable consumption charges.
Further change

Questions, answered
A few things worth knowing.
Is this a computer operating system?
No. It is a managed business software environment: applications, workflows, access and reporting brought together through ProcessScout.
Do we have to replace our existing tools?
No. The blueprint identifies what to keep, connect, customize or replace. Existing tools are connected only where the required integration and permissions are supported.
How much can you customize?
Configuration and workflow changes are preferred. Extensions or source-code changes depend on the application, license and support model. No change is treated as deployable until it passes the agreed tests.
Can a system be ready in days?
A narrow pilot may be suitable for a rapid setup when its template, data, access and approvals are ready. Your blueprint confirms timing. Full migrations, payroll and clinical requirements need their own checks.
What will ProcessScout measure?
Only the process, reliability and product-usage measures agreed for the service. Individual access is restricted, sensitive business content is not collected as generic analytics, and changes require the approved release process.
Who owns the software and data?
Your business retains control of its data under the agreement. Application code, templates and customizations have the ownership and license terms listed in your proposal. Open source does not mean every component can be rebranded or resold without conditions.
Does the system change automatically?
It can surface improvement opportunities. Changes are reviewed, tested and released under your approved change policy; consequential business-rule changes require explicit approval.
Who supports the system?
Your proposal names the service owner and the responsibility for each application, integration and release. Support hours, incidents and third-party dependencies are confirmed before launch.
